USER ACCEPTANCE TESTINGParticipation requirements and terms for companies evaluating the Cascade Rental Properties Management platform before commercial launch.
Last Updated: August 2026
1. Purpose of the UAT Program
The Cascade Rental Properties Management User Acceptance Testing program allows selected rental property management companies to evaluate pre-release functionality before general commercial availability.
The purpose of the program is to test real property-management workflows, identify defects, evaluate usability, gather business feedback, and improve the platform before launch.
2. Eligibility to Participate
A company may be considered eligible for Early Access when it meets the following general criteria:
The organization manages rental properties for itself, landlords, property owners, investors, or other authorized clients.
The organization operates in one of the currently supported markets.
The organization has genuine workflows involving properties, tenants, landlords, leases, payments, maintenance, employees, or related operations that can be evaluated during UAT.
The organization designates at least one supervisor, administrator, manager, or other responsible contact for UAT communication.
Participants are expected to provide reasonable feedback regarding bugs, usability, workflows, missing functionality, and suggested improvements.
Participants must agree to these UAT Terms and the platform's Acceptable Use Policy.
Small, medium, and larger property management companies may participate. UAT selection is based primarily on suitability for testing and available program capacity, not solely on the number of properties managed.
